Rotomania.com strictly prohibits the uploading of team logos or photos of celebrities/athletes. By uploading a photo on Rotomania.com, you certify that (a) you have read and agree to Rotomania.com's Terms of Service; (b) the photo does not violate Rotomania.com's Terms of Service; (c) you own or have obtained all rights necessary to upload this photo and to authorize the uses permitted in Rotomania.com's Terms of Service; and (d) you are granting Rotomania.com a license to make all such uses of the photo.

Eligibility and Account Information: Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. By using the Website and the Service, you represent and warrant that all registration information you submit is truthful and accurate and that you agree to maintain the accuracy of such information. You further represent and warrant that you are 13 years of age or older and that your use of Rotomania.com shall not violate any applicable law or regulation. Your profile may be deleted without warning, if it is suspected that you are misrepresenting yourself and/or have hidden agendas that disrupt the integrity of the Website. Voting: Rotomania.com may offer you the opportunity to vote in connection with certain events. By casting your vote, you are agreeing to abide by the Terms of Service and any and all voting guidelines posted on the Website.

Member Conduct and Content Posted on the Website:

• All of the statistics generated by Rotomania.com are proprietary and are the property of Rotomania.com.
• You understand and agree that Rotomania.com may review and delete any Posts, comments, messages, photos, profile content or profiles (collectively, "Content") that in the sole judgment of Rotomania.com violate this Agreement or which may be offensive, illegal or violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of any Member.
• You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display (hereinafter, "post") on the Service or any material or information that you transmit to other Members.
• By posting any Content to the public areas of the Website, you hereby grant to Rotomania.com a perpetual, royalty-free, sub-licensable, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide and irrevocable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, prepare derivative works based upon, and distribute such Content for any purpose and in any form. This license is granted automatically and no payment of any kind will be due to you. At times, Rotomania.com may solicit Content from users. Your provision of any such Content in response to a solicitation by Rotomania.com shall be subject to a grant of a license to Rotomania.com as specified above. In order to protect our Members from such advertising or solicitation, Rotomania.com reserves the right to restrict the number of messages which a Member may send to other Members in any 24-hour period to a number which Rotomania.com deems appropriate in its sole discretion.

• You may not attempt to impersonate another user or person who is not a member of Rotomania.com. You may not use the account, username, or password of another Member at any time nor may you disclose your password to any third party or permit any third party to access your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password. Rotomania.com cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section. Rotomania.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that are suspected of impersonating another person, and accounts that have usernames that may be protected by trademark or proprietary rights law, or are vulgar, offensive or otherwise inappropriate, as determined by us in our sole discretion.
• You may not sell or otherwise transfer your profile.
