Hell yes you're giving up too much! Prado is a solid 2B option but with the guys you'd be trading away you are capable of getting much better in return.

Freddy Sanchez is basically Martin Prado light, so I'd definitely keep your side. Niemann > Vargas anyway. You're giving up a lot here. If you want to improve at second base, target someone who's not an empty batting average.
