I wouldn't do this deal. This post is pretty old, and it looks like you already have Maclin on your roster. McNabb is gone, and we still don't know if Kolb really will be a great QB or not. Maclin is the 3rd option behind Brent and DeSean. Meachem is great but he is also the 3rd or 4th option, and Bryant is the flanker in Cincy, but may not be able to stay healthy. I would stay put. But it looks like you pulled the trigger already.
