I think Id stick with those two they should be good for you. I think Miller will be better next year with Jamarcus Russel more than likely done as the starting QB

I wouldn't do this. I would keep Thomas over Benson and I don't think any TE really has much value in a trade as you can always pick up a different TE off the Waiver Wire who will give you solid numbers.
