Is this good for me?
does this help my team? What are the chances it gets accepted? His best SP is Danks or Wandy so it could work

btw, in my 16 team keeper league, i also have YoGa on the DL to go with Price, Zito, Hudson , Jonathan Sanchez and Matusz. When YoGa comes back thursday, Matusz gets a seat and my rotation gets an ace back.

I would do this deal. Your pitching is stacked and u get a huge upgrade at 3B with Longoria. Nunez has more saves this year than Valverde anyway. I would definitely do this. Dang, u got Santana, Liriano, and Anderson on ur bench too? Where'd u get all these pitchers? You could afford to trade another one away for another great hitter.

Johnson's got incentives to earn the Cy Young and with control over a 96 mph fastball, a change, a cutter/slider, and a curveball with nice motion, he's a sick, well built pitcher with a substantial lead over anyone else in the MLB ERA race and he's right in the thick of things in the strikeout race. Of course, he's significantly behind in Wins to guys like Jiminez and Wainwright. He's gonna work plenty hard to change that to get that extra half mil. Valverde is closing for a winning club who is in contention. In the Venn diagram of baseball stats, Wins have to precede Saves, so by virtue of the fact that Detroit's winning games at a higher clip than the Marlins, one can expect to see the Tigers closer getting more svopps than the Marlins closer. I like Longo a lot and think that in the stretch playoff run, he'll be clutch, but JJ and Valverde seems to be the better combo here...plus you have the Panda and though he's not doing exactly what he did last year, I still think he's a great hitter...

if you want to make it look better do it with pablo and josh.....in that case you are trading a top pitcher for a top 3b and you are giving a better 3b for a decent pitcher
