I agree you should try to trade McCann for a #2 pitcher. Santana and Dempster were good last year, but I don't think they'll hold up. I'd hang onto Vazquez as he could bounce back and give you decent numbers across the board.

Decent team with some potential
Definitely some nice players on your team, but I think you'll need more offensive muscle on your team and a clear-cut #2 to go with Lincecum. McCann may actually be your best trade bait considering that he's the pre-season #1 ranked catcher and you also have Doumit.
