I'm not sure how your keeper system works...you get the whole team?? I wouldn't keep two TE's. I'd drop Palmer for Romo. Who cares about a defense as a keeper? Get rid of Brandon Jacobs...he's not good enough to be a number 1 back and he's injury prone. I'd grab JErome Harrison off waivers instead of him. Also, grab Hackeem Nicks off waivers with one of those spots you've dropped at TE. This is just my rough opinion though, as I've got no idea how the hell your system works based on your description.

Minnesota Defense
Flacco and Palmer aren't bad options, but Romo would be an upgrade. I would pick up the Minnesota D out of these picks, but it really depends if there is any other comparable d's available.
